   6/23/09: Services Now Available.
A wide range of video game-related services are now available, which include circuit board repair, monitor repair, controller rebuilding, eprom burning & CRT rejuvenation.  A dedicated Services page will be added to the site in the near future which will provide full details.  In the interim inquires can be sent via the email link at the bottom of this page.
  6/20/09: Irish Pole Position II.
Not long ago a dedicated Pole Position II, originally manufactured at Atari's European headquarters in Limerick, Ireland arrived from London unscathed after its long voyage.  This game will be replacing the U.S.-made Pole Position II that's currently in the arcade.

After it arrived, Rich at ThisOldGame was contacted about having a small run of control panel overlays produced for it and he graciously obliged.  The control panel and the graphics on the overlay are unique and unlike any other model as can be seen in the below pictures.

Rich is currently working on control panel overlays for the U.S. PP sit-down as well.  Read more about these projects here: More Pole Position Projects added to the Project Plate.

  6/12/09: Agent X / Cloak & Dagger artwork.
There has been a late development in the Agent X / Cloak & Dagger artwork that is currently being reproduced by Rich at ThisOldGame.  Specifically, some additional films were located and have been sent forth accordingly.  Check back at the Agent X / Cloak & Dagger artwork project page for an update in the near future for more details.
5/30/09: Jack Gale Greets An Old Friend.
Jack Gale, the man who held the world record for Zoo Keeper for 21 years with 20,063,950 (currently 3rd at Twin Galaxies) reacquainted himself with the game after a very long hiatus.  Jack did not top his personal best, but did set a new high score on the game, and made an amazing 1,000,000 point jump at one point.

For those wondering where the Zoo Keeper is exactly, and why it's even here, it resides in the garage next to a work bench, and exists as it is the wife's favorite game. :-)

A full list of Jack's coin-op records can be seen here: Jack Gale.  Jack also is currently holding some Ataricade-best scores on Asteroids and Missile Command.
